The Upper Apartment is accessed from its own private entrance. . A hallway leads to all the rooms. The lounge is a comfortable room with a stone built fireplace with a electric fire fire and a television sits in the corner of the room. There are comfortable armchairs and a settee to relax upon. The Kitchen is on an open plan formation with the lounge and is very well furnished, and can cope with anything from a light snack to a banquet. Crockery and cutlery are supplied, and the kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, microwave oven, kettle and toaster.    
 
The Bedrooms are both double size comfortable apartments that have wardrobes. There is a double bed and two single beds.
The Bathroom has a three piece suite with shower over the bath. The Garden is extensive and offers a fine degree of privacy. There is a patio table and chairs which can be used during the summer months. There is ample private parking and a drying green facility.
